[2010-01-07] Enrolments/registration for the UTSF 2010
Enrolments/registration for the Ultra Trail Serra da Freita will begin at the end of January 2010.

[2009-12-29] New course
The course for the 2010 edition of the Ultra Trail Serra da Freita has been established. It is 70 km with 4200m of positive altitude change. It will be the course with the most altitude change ever held in Portugal.
As well as the 70 km Ultra there will be a shorter trail run (18 km) and an 8 km trek.
[2009-12-07] A 2nd visit to Freita
On 5th December, 9 intrepid adventurers took part in a memorable reconnaissance trail run to try and work out the new linking points for the Ultra Trail Serra da Freita 2010 (UTSF 2010). An important milestone was reached when the missing link for the route of the 5th Edition of the UTSF was found.

[2009-11-23] Mapping the course for the 2010 edition of the UTSF
On 21st November the UTSF organisers started the mapping and measuring process for the 2010 edition of the UTSF. The organising committee invited interested athletes to participate in a reconnaissance trail run of the new parts that will be added to the existing course. Several athletes accepted the invitation and took part.
